It’s sometimes difficult to come across a bowl that is the right size if you are preparing large quantities of food. This All Clad Lasagna Pan
is made from 18/10 stainless steel and comes in a very appealing polished look. I’m sure you know quite well that All Clad juice quality cookware and I must say that this lasagna pan is a very nice piece of cookware indeed.
I personally think that you could use this for more things than lasagna. It seems to be extremely versatile and your could use this for a multiple of different types of dishes.
It comes with a rounded top lid which gives you the opportunity to use your utensils at a nice angle so you can easily remove food. If you have purchased any All Clad products in the past you’ll know that they have typical handle that they use on all their products. This ensures that they will not come off because they have extremely strong rivets.
Wanting a particularly like about this product is that it’s made from two layers of stainless steel with aluminium sandwiched between. This gives the advantage of getting an even level of heat across the bottom and you get no hotspots. This basically means that your food will cook faster and better.
Although I’m a big fan of All Clad and they make quality products but one thing that many people complain about is the price. I really see it as a lifetime investment because when you purchase something from All Clad you know you are getting quality that will last a long time.
