Here we have the Nordic Ware Naturals Hi-Dome 10 Inch Pie Pan
. Nordic Ware produced a fantastic range of Cook n Store products.
We have all been in situations I’m sure at times where we have to transfer a delicious pie from one container to another and then trying to cover this with tinfoil, plastic wrap or I have been personally use a biscuit tin to keep things covered. The great thing about the Nordic Ware Naturals Hi-Dome is that you simply take it on the aluminium tray and when it has cooled you can cover it – simple as that
It’s also interesting to note that the cover is airtight so no matter what you break will still keep nice and fresh. The domed, flexible lid will help protect any toppings you also may have.
It is dishwasher safe so it’s easy to clean and best of all is also made right here in the USA.

This Ruffoni Copper Risotto Pot with Wooden Spoon
is an exquisite beautiful looking pot that will enhance any cooking experience and will make a beautiful addition to any kitchen.
The pan has been hand hammered into a perfect shape for making risotto. Because of the low sides and its wide surface this helps it to absorb any liquid and helps to encourage evaporation. As you can see from the photograph the one spoon which is included comes with a hole in the centre which helps to encourage the rice to absorb the liquid when you are stirring.
As I’m sure you are aware is copper is an excellent heat conductor and the Ruffoni Risotto Pan also comes with a tin lined interior which will have no reaction with the food you are cooking.
This is a very durable and sturdy pot, which comes with solid cast iron riveted handle which are there to help you carry and ensure that when you are transferring to risotto to serving bowls it makes it easier and you will have no problems even over time because it is so sturdy.

Here we have the Nambé Trio 15-Inch Metal Condiment Set with Tray
. This is a beautiful elegance and well designed condiment set it will be absolutely perfect for parties serving snacks, pickles, cocktail accouterments and a host of other items.
As you can see from the picture the tray is made from cherrywood and the set is made from Nambé metal. Interestingly the Nambé metal is an aluminium base alloy and each one is handcrafted and then polished so that it resembles idols are silver. But, you have no need to worry it doesn’t actually contain any silver to great thing about the metal is that it can keep temperatures which is very similar to what you would find using cast iron.
Each of the pieces has been individually handcrafted and you may also need to know that they are food safe. You can place them in the freezer if required or you can pop them onto the stove top and they can withstand high temperatures. Sometimes, I really wonder why my pressures make these kind of jars without actually taking of what the consumer needs. Over the years I have bought plenty of popcorn in a bag that you simply place in the microwave oven and leave it for about 3-4 minutes and you have instant popcorn. One of the problems, is I find you get lots of unpopped down the bottom of the bag.
When it came across the Presto 04820 PopLite Hot Air Corn Popper
is was really interesting to see the amount of reviews it had from customers who have already purchased. It was lots of positive feedback and you can read many of the reviews here over at Amazon.
Essentially popper relies on hot air to pop the corn instead of using oil or fact that you sometimes find other systems using. This of course is much healthier and if you are worried about putting on weight but also ensures that they are lower in calories.
As you can see from the photograph on top of the popper you get 1/2 cup measure which allows you to place butter, which melts using the heat that the popper generates when it is being used.

This is such a good idea I had to share it with my readers.
I came across the Slice Solutions 9-Inch Round Sectional Cake Pan Set
earlier today and wasn’t smart to write about it here because I think it’s a really good innovation especially if you are somebody who bakes.
Basically what the Slice Solutions does is allow you to easily remove cake slices from your baking tray because they have developed a pan that makes it much easier because it has a removable bottom.
It’s quite simple, once you have baked your cake and it has been left for a while to cool you simply remove the dividers and you will then have eight pre-sliced portions of cake. Each will be perfectly proportioned as you can see from the photograph.
I think this is such a great innovation because once you have removed the divider you can place the baking pan on the wired lifting rack which is also included in the price. Once it is placed on this it makes it much easier to remove the cake slices and of course not causing any damage whatsoever, which tends to happen me a lot and I’m sure you have been in situations where this may have also.
So what are the benefits?
- All you need to do is pour batter into the pan and simply place the dividers into it before you bake.
- Once the baking is complete and it has cooled all you need to do is remove the divider and you have eight slices of perfectly proportioned cake.
